Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator manages field sales and corporate office recruitment and staffing needs.

Job Requirements

Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. 
Meets with managers to develop specific recruiting plans. 
Works in collaboration with Corporate, and University campuses. 
Uses recruiting tools such as applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources, to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees. 
Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms.
Schedules and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants. 
Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. 
Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. 
Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
Participates in the development of, and conduct training programs for managers with a goal of improving recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover. 
Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints of customers. 
Maintain records on recruiting activities as required. 
Participate in development of annual recruiting budget.
