Job Description

TMD Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to maintain an adequate inventory of temporary employees in order to satisfy client's requirements. Primary function is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct client specific orientations, place, monitor and terminate temporary employees.

  • Select and assign qualified staff to fill client job orders
  • Assign and monitor employees' assignments
  • Skill market employees to existing/potential clients
  • Interview, evaluate,qualify and check backgrounds of prospective employees
  • Obtain complete and accurate information on client job orders
  • Maintain and manage correct and current information for sort and hard copy files, job orders ad weekly reports
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, payroll, billing and reports related to local operation
  • Answer phone and file paperwork as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and skills in operations of computers and electronic data processing
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
  • Confidence. There's a reason that the industry tends to attract extroverts
