Overview
Agents will be responsible for receiving inbound call, provide customer support and single call resolution. The best candidate will maintain the utmost in customer satisfaction, be a good listener, articulate, patient, and possesses the ability while maintaining a pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Acquire consumer information and input into call tracking database
  • Go through appropriate steps to resolve issue
  • Provide optimal customer experience by effectively resolving customer issues with 'First Call Resolution' by utilizing multiple support resources.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience (call center, restaurant, retail, fast food, etc.)
  • Experience working under pressure and effectively calming irate customers, preferably in a customer contact center.
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport building skills

Must

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to multitask; listen, type, communicate and navigating multiple interfaces at the same time
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $13.50 /hour
