Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide finacial, administrative and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and effeciency of operations, processing and monitering incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Job Requirements


  1. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

  2. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data

  3. Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

  4. Reconsile the accounts recevable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

  5. Verify descrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

  6. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

  7. Generate finacial statements and reports detailing acounts recevable status




                                                  Qualifications



  • Proven working experience as accounts recevable clerk, accounts receivable manager or accountant

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulation

  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks and MS Office)

  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
